I had a delightful stay at Mosaic Hotel in Beverly Hills. The staff, especially Mike, provided exceptional service and thoughtful recommendations. Though the room presented some noise, the comfort and cleanliness shone through. A little delay with ice requests, but overall a pleasant experience in a convenient location.

I had a fab time at this boutique spot! The customer service was outta this world, especially Sal, the Assistant Manager. He helped us with everything and made it feel like a breeze. The in-room breakfast was a nice touch too!

The location is the standout feature here, with restaurants and cafes just a short stroll away. However, upon checking in, the bathroom sink had a persistent clogging issue, which was frustrating. The mattress was uncomfortable, making for restless nights, and the pillows were lumpy, adding to the discomfort. It's unfortunate because this place has potential, but the maintenance needs urgent attention.

The central location made it easy to explore various attractions. The deluxe king room was spacious and provided a comfortable bed for restful nights.

This place suits me perfectly with its great wi-fi, outdoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. I remember how the staff helped me find my lost barrette on my first stay. I highly recommend it, and I’m coming back for a new year!

I loved staying just a short walk from the charming Beverly Gardens Park, where I enjoyed lovely strolls surrounded by nature, and also from many delicious dining options like Guisados and Tempura Endo, making it easy to grab a bite after exploring. the staff were friendly and solution-oriented, which made my visit comfortable and pleasant.
